Stylist entered a wrong salon number during sign up

If a wrong salon number is entered when creating an account, please contact the Help Desk to get it corrected.

Not sure how to tell if a user entered the wrong salon number? Look for these signs:

  1. The user is shown the wrong brand (i.e. they are displayed Supercuts when logging in but they work in a Cost Cutters)
  2. The user does not show in your reporting when searched for (and you have confirmed they created an account.)

If the salon number is within the owner's organization, the owner can manually correct it by searching for the user in Reporting and changing it with owner actions. See Managing users with Owner actions.
