Delete users that have left the organization

Owners

1. Navigate to the reports page and select either the Organizations/Salons or the User view
2. Select any video under Video Reports.

3. Use the Search filter for the stylist you want to delete (make sure the ALL quick filter is highlighted).

4. Select the 'X' icon to delete the user’s account.

Deleting stylists will completely remove them from your organization. You will no longer see them in reporting and they will no longer be able to login. If you wish to temporarily block the user from logging in see How to temporarily block user access.
