At the main login page for Education Playground, select Franchise Owner.
On the Welcome page, select Sign up here, below the Log In button.
On the Create an Account page, fill in all fields: First Name, Last Name, Owner ID, and Phone Number. Check the EULA and mobile agreement boxes and then select Continue.
A verification code will be sent to the phone number you entered on the welcome screen. Enter this code in the Verification Code field and select Continue.
The next page will prompt you to create a PIN. Create a PIN (must be 4 digits) and select Create Account.
A message will show that your account was created and you will be redirected to the Welcome page where you can enter your Phone Number and PIN to login.
Stylists
Corporate
At the main login screen for Education Playground, select Corporate Stylist/Salon Support.
When prompted, enter your RegisID/password on the single sign-on (SSO) screen.
As part of the first-time sign-in, you’ll need to enter your first/last name, and your Salon #.
Accept the EULA (End User License Agreement) by checking the box then click Continue.
Franchise
At the main login screen for Education Playground, stylists should select the Franchise Stylist button.
The Franchise Stylist login screen will be shown and at the bottom, stylists not previously registered should select the Sign up here button (some mobile devices may require users to scroll down)
The next screen will prompt the user to Create an Account – enter all the required info (including a phone number that can receive text messages) and check off the terms and agreements before selecting the Continue button.
A text message with a verification code will be sent to the phone number provided. Enter the code you received and select the Continue button. If you do not receive the verification code after a few minutes, you may select the Resend Code button at the bottom of the screen (some mobile devices may require users to scroll down).
The next screen will prompt the user to Create a PIN – this is a 4-digit PIN that will be required at each login. Enter the desired PIN in both boxes and make sure they match before selecting Create Account.
The stylist may now login with their provided phone number and PIN through the Franchise Stylist login.
For Other Employees
Employees of a franchise group who may not be stylists (support roles, administrators, etc.) can follow the same instructions above to create an account. Any salon number associated with the franchise group may be used. They will also use the Franchise Stylist login.
Salon Support
At the main login screen for Education Playground, select Corporate Stylist/Salon Support.
When prompted, enter your RegisID/password on the single sign-on (SSO) screen.
As part of the first-time sign-in, you’ll need to enter your first/last name, and your Salon #.
Salon Support employees should enter 82894 as their salon #
Accept the EULA (End User License Agreement) by checking the box then click Continue.
